Divorced & Dying The Mafia Boss Regrets Everything Chapter 11

“You…”

Rip.

The contract was shredded to pieces. Finnegan was speechless. He pointed at Dominic, looking from the shreds to him.

Dominic’s voice was hoarse, each word deliberate “When did I ever agree to this? Finnegan, I never thought you’d team up with her to play me like this.”

Finnegan’s face turned sour. Just as he was about to speak, he saw Dominic’s eyes lose focus and heard him

grind his teeth.

“I said I would give my life to repay her debt. I also said there was someone else in my heart.”

“She forced this marriage. She forced me to be with her. What right does she have…”

“What right does she have to just walk away whenever she wants, to let go so easily?”

His last words were hoarse and bitter, even carrying a hint of desperation. Finnegan hesitated, then let out a

long sigh.

“You’re all tangled up with Sienna. How do you expect her to stay?”

Though Finnegan had expected something like this, when it actually happened, it was still hard.

But no matter how hard it was, could it be as hard as what Grace was going through?

When he had gotten hold of that medical report, he panicked and immediately sent people to search, but with Grace’s skills, finding her wouldn’t be easy.

All he could do was hope she would keep her word and show up when his grandson’s full moon banquet

arrived.

That was their only chance.

The door opened.

Finnegan took one look at the visitor and turned his head away in disgust, his face sour.

Sienna felt the sting of his reaction. Humiliated, she clenched her teeth and threw herself at Dominic. “Dom… I…”

Finnegan saw her pregnant belly and his face darkened further. He was so furious he wanted to throw that whore out himself.

“Any trash can come in here now! Get the hell out!”

If he’d had anything in his hand, he would have thrown it.

He couldn’t tell if Dominis was overconfident or blindly in love–he trusted her completely, without ever checking her background.

Just like now, Dominic still had her shielded behind him. Finnegan’s chest heaved with rage, and it took him

a moment to calm down. His beard practically flew off his face.

“Dominic, you asked why Grace left. I’ll tell you now–you’ve got no one to blame but yourself!”

“What about your own schemes? Oh, you really trust that bitch beside you!?”

Dominic’s Adam’s apple bobbed. He frowned. “Finnegan, that’s too far.”

Finnegan exploded. “I went too far!?”

“Fine, go ask her if she’s carrying your seed!”

Sienna clung to him desperately, trying to hold him back, begging him to leave. He shoved her hard, and her belly slammed into the corner of the table. She screamed in pain.

Finnegan’s eyes were red. “Her doctor came to me and told me she has a tumor in her brain, and her lungs

are burned.”

“I’ve sent out everyone I have–the syndicate, too–and I still can’t find her…”

“Grace doesn’t want to live anymore, Dominic.”

“Impossible…” The tall man swayed for a moment, steadying himself against the table. Finnegan kept

going.

“What do you mean, impossible? You heartless bastard. She’s this sick, and you’ve never asked about her once! You trust that bitch so much–do you really think she’s fine!?”

“She won’t see you–you deserve it!”

Dominic turned sharply to look at Sienna, who was shaking her head in panic. He gritted his teeth, about to argue back, when Henry, on orders, handed Finnegan the report. The next second, papers flew into Dominic’s face.

His hand trembled as he picked up the pages. Sienna frantically snatched them away as soon as he glanced at them, her face streaked with tears, begging him to leave. “Dom… I didn’t… don’t you believe me…”

Dominic pried her fingers away one by one. He knelt on one knee and picked up the papers from the floor. His eye caught a line of small print on a torn scrap:

[The patient has voluntarily refused treatment.]
