Landon’s primary account was for personal use. Last night, after he left home, he blocked and deleted me. His alt account, on the other hand, was used for work. When I opened the conversation, all that was left between us was formal communication as superiors and subordinates.

At that moment, Landon walked into the office with Isabelle.

environment.”

So the two of them left one after the other, leaving me standing there alone with my hand outstretched, staring blankly like a clown.
