Sister’s Perfect Cheat Became Her Ruin Chapter 06

Sister’s Perfect Cheat Became Her Ruin Chapter 06 The Rankings

the day the rankings were released, Central Square was so packed with low-rank wolves that no one could move.

The same wolves who usually looked down on us crowded around Elsa, all smiles and flattery.

“Elsa, once the scores go up today, you’ll be headed straight to the Alpha Central Tribunal!”

“Exactly! When your bloodline gets elevated, don’t forget to put in a good word for us.”

Elsa preened like a peacock but put on a modest smile. “Don’t worry. Stick with me, and I’ll make sure you’re all taken care of.”

Dad could not stop smiling, his whole face lit up with pride.

Mom had her chin in the air, looking at everyone like they were beneath her.

Dad suddenly yanked me out of the corner and dragged me into the center of the crowd.

His face hardened as he scolded me, “What are you waiting for? Once Elsa sees her score, you’ll apologize to her properly in front of the entire pack!

“Listen to everyone praising her, then look at yourself. Without Elsa, would this family have any future? Start begging. Maybe she can ask an Alpha to get you a job cleaning the quarry.”

Elsa gave me a contemptuous glance and lowered her voice to a sugary whisper.

“Helen, if you get on your knees and apologize right now, I might be generous enough to ask an Alpha to let you work as my servant.”

The crowd burst into shrill laughter.

[HAHAHA Elsa absolutely COOKED her. That power move was criminal!]

[Why does this lowborn extra still have an attitude? Girl, get on your knees and say sorry!]

[Scores are about to drop. I have popcorn ready for the side character’s public humiliation!]

A sudden roar of excitement rose from the front of the square.

The crowd shoved forward.

“The rankings are up! Look at the board!” someone shouted.

A massive rankings banner unfurled across the notice board.

The entire square fell silent as everyone crowded forward to get a look.

Elsa pushed to the front and scanned the list for her name, already expecting the pack to cheer.

She found her name halfway down the list. The red letters wiped the smile off her face.

120th Place: Elsa, Total Score 321.

possible! That’s impossible! The list is wrong!”

Elsa reeled as if struck by lightning. Her face turned paper white, and she screamed as she stumbled back

two steps.

Dad’s smile froze. The wolves around us stared at the board with wide eyes, unable to believe what they were seeing.

“How… how could this happen?” Dad whispered, stunned.

Then he seemed to remember me.

He whipped around and glared. “This is your fault! You jinxed your sister!

“Let me see what you scored. I bet you didn’t even break 100. You probably embarrassed this whole family!”

Then everyone saw the line at the very top of the list.

1st Place: Helen, Total Score 712.

Beneath my score was an additional note. “28 points above the historical cutoff. Sole recipient of this year’s Bloodline Rite.”

The air seemed to freeze.

The entire square fell into a deathly silence.

The floating comments flooded the air, and the whole feed exploded.

[WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL??? 712?! The side character took first place in the whole pack?!]

[Wait. 321 versus 712? The math is NOT mathing. Elsa got fed fake answers!]

[OH MY GOD. Helen caught on to the mind reading and fed her wrong answers on purpose. That was a whole sting operation!]

[HELLO??? Helen was playing four-dimensional chess while we were eating crayons. She fooled literally everyone!]

“No! This isn’t real! You cheated! You set me up!”

Elsa snapped. She lunged at the rankings banner like a wild animal, tried to tear it from the wall, and pointed at me while screaming.

“You could never even get near one of my test papers before. This time we were seated so far apart. How could you possibly get first place?

“You bribed the proctors! You stole the answer key! I’m reporting you to Pack Enforcement, and I’ll have your score thrown out!”

Mom finally snapped out of it. She rushed at me, grabbed my collar, and shrieked, “Helen, you vicious little monster! What dirty trick did you use to hurt your sister?”

With everyone staring, shouting, and accusing me, I calmly knocked her hands away.

Then I slowly pulled two recording crystals from inside my coat.

Elsa’s little performance had reached the part where she paid the price.
