My Alpha Bonded with Someone Else, I Did Too Chapter 06

The ring box hit the floor with a sharp crack.

“What did you say?”

Cole clamped both hands on his friend Tom’s shoulders, panic spilling uncontrollably across his face.

Tom thought Cole did not believe him and quickly pulled out his phone.

“It’s true! It’s right next door. I saw the wedding portrait at the entrance and even took a picture. Look if you don’t believe me.”

The moment Cole saw the photo on the screen, his mind went blank with a deafening ring.

Then he turned and rushed out like a madman.

“Hey! The ceremony already started. Where are you going?”

The wild, reckless way he moved drew everyone’s attention.

Cole told himself the staff must have made a mistake.

How could this be possible?

Who else could I possibly marry besides him?

After all, I had waited for him for eight whole years.

For him, I had even nearly broken ties with her parents.

At that thought, his heart gradually steadied.

But his steps did not slow.

As the wedding march played, I slowly walked toward Ethan.

Then Cole suddenly burst in.

He rushed onto the stage and grabbed my wrist viciously.

“Maya, you’re in the wrong place. Our ceremony is next door. Come back with me.”

He pulled me toward the exit without giving me any chance to speak.

Before I could refuse, Ethan shoved Cole away and pulled me firmly into his arms.

“This is my mating ceremony. Where exactly do you think you’re taking my fiancée?”

Cole staggered back two steps from the shove.

When he recovered, he strode forward and grabbed Ethan by the collar.

“Who the hell are you?”

“What do you mean your fiancée? Maya is my true mate. Stop talking nonsense.”

Ethan looked at him coldly.

With one effortless twist of his wrist, he broke free from Cole’s grip.

“My mating ceremony doesn’t welcome troublemakers like you.”

When Cole still tried to keep pushing forward, Ethan lifted his eyes and signaled to the groomsmen beside

him.

Oh, right.

He had personally selected 108 warriors and brought them here in ten private helicopters.

All to make absolutely sure he could take me away safely.

Two groomsmen stepped forward and dragged Cole toward the exit.

Cole struggled desperately, but they held him in place with ease.

His eyes turned red with rage as he realized he was about to be dragged out.

He hurriedly shouted at me.

“Maya, tell him the truth! The person you’re supposed to bond with today is me!”

“Haven’t you been waiting for this day for so long?”

He looked at me with desperate urgency.

He was waiting for me to confirm it.

Unfortunately, he was wrong.

I held Ethan’s hand, our fingers locked together, and looked at him calmly.

“Cole, it’s already over between us.

“The person I’m bonding with today is him. Please leave.”

Cole shook his head, disbelief filling his eyes.

“No. That’s impossible. Maya, stop saying things out of anger. Just last week, you were making a scene because you wanted me to go with you to try on your dress.”

“I know you’re mad I didn’t go with you, but no matter how angry you are, you can’t just find some man to act with you and try to make me jealous.”

He was certain I was only throwing a tantrum

I looked at him and suddenly laughed.

“From beginning to end, did I ever say a single word asking you to go dress shopping with me that day? That was just your own inflated ego.”

Cole’s pupils shrank sharply.

Then he seized my wrist again.

“Maya, you really are cruel. After all these years together, you just go and bond with someone else? What the hell did I do to make you treat me like this? You owe me an explanation.”

I curved my lips into a mocking smile.

“An explanation? You were allowed to get a mating certificate with your female bestie, but I’m not allowed to marry someone else? Is there a problem with that?”
