He Fell For My Sister From A Class Photo Chapter 05

It wasn’t until high school, when I met Ethan online, that anything felt different for me.

He didn’t know the real me.

He didn’t know my sister existed.

So all he ever did was gush about my good sides and stick to me like glue.

I’d even started regretting caving to his constant pestering and sending him that graduation group

photo from my album.

I’d been so nervous, I didn’t even notice my sister was smack in the center of that graduation photo.

I closed my eyes briefly.

Across from me, my sister had already shifted topics.

“Ethan’s looks like the player type, but who knew he’d take dating so seriously,” she said.

She added nonchalantly, “He treats me really well.”

My heart plummeted.

I looked up at her. “So… are you serious about him?”

Vivienne laughed like I’d told a joke. “Of course not.”

She said, “I still don’t get why he’s so obsessed with me. Probably when he comes to his senses, we’ll break it off.”

I was always the quiet one when I was with her-she did almost all the talking.

So it caught me off guard when she even started spilling personal details about Ethan.

She said he was surprisingly inexperienced. “He blushes just holding hands. Kissing? He’s way too scared to even try.”

My sister held nothing back from me, but I didn’t want to hear any more.

I just stared out the window and reminded her, “Vivienne, Evening Session’s about to start.”

But right as we walked downstairs, we ran into the guy she’d been talking about.

Ethan’s hair was damp and tousled, like he’d just showered.

When he spotted my sister, a faint hint of annoyance flickered across his face.

“Dinner took that long?”

Then his gaze finally landed on me.

He was seriously clingy.

But my sister didn’t indulge him.

She just shot back flatly, “Do I have to report everything I do to you?” |

That line hit me with an inexplicable sense of déjà vu.

I thought back to my senior year of high school, right after Ethan and I had made things official

online.

His clinginess got even worse.

If I went half an hour without replying, he’d spam me nonstop to check in.

Once, after a brutal test, I was in a bad mood, and his constant pestering got on my nerves.

I’d coldly texted back: [Do I have to report everything I do to you?]

That was the first time I’d ever snapped at him.

Back then, he replied instantly.

He said: [I’m the one who wants to report everything I do to you.]

I still remembered that exchange word for word.

Now, I heard Ethan laugh in front of me.

He stood lazily across from my sister and said, clear as day, “Vivienne, I’m the one who wants to

report everything I do to you.”

I let out a quiet, shaky breath. I couldn’t stand there and listen a second longer.

I told my sister, “Evening Session’s starting. I gotta go.”
