“There’s a hospital incident! Someone needs emergency care!”

His face was tense as he prepared to rush to help.

A nurse came running, panicked.

“Dr. Sinclair! It’s your sister!”

“It’s Miss Sinclair! She tried to stop the chaos.”

“But… she couldn’t be saved. She’s… dead…”

“What?!”

The Sinclair family froze, their minds blank.

“Vivian… dead?”

“She’s terrified of pain and death… how could she stop a hospital incident?”

“Yes! I remember her crying over a scraped finger as a child. How could she do something like this?”

They trembled, unable to process it.

“It’s true, Dr. Sinclair!”

“Miss Sinclair really died, trying to stop the violence!”

“If you don’t believe us, check the surveillance cameras… and her body.”

The nurse’s voice held a trace of anger.

She expected grief, but the Sinclair family’s reaction stunned her.

“We must go home. She can’t get away with this!”

They nodded numbly, still in shock, as they made their way downstairs.

Voices from bystanders reached them, “Poor girl… so young.”

“Yeah, the situation was so dangerous, and that man’s knife was terrifying.”

“Lots of men ran away. Only she, a little girl, ran up there.”

“I heard she’s dead…”

“Seven stab wounds to the heart. She couldn’t have survived. What a shame.”

The Sinclairs froze completely.

“Leo… did you hear that?”

“They’re saying a girl really tried to stop the violence… stabbed seven times…”

Margaret collapsed into Richard’s arms.

“Julian, call and find out!”

“Confirm if that girl is really your sister…”

Richard’s usually stern face trembled.

Julian’s fingers shook as he pulled out his phone.

Suddenly, Amelia went pale and fainted.

“Julian… my head hurts. I don’t want to be in the hospital… let’s go home…”
