The Surrogate Luna Chapter 06

The Surrogate Luna Chapter 06

As the plane lifted into the sky, I sent my lawyer one final message.

Tell Aiden my twenty-third IVF cycle never succeeded.

The card he believed he held over me never existed in the first place.

Outside the window, the clouds drifted past.

Meanwhile, back at the villa, Aiden had finally settled Kristina down.

He thought he could return home and make things right with me.

Instead, the moment he opened the front door, he stopped cold.

The house was empty. Silent.

Every trace of me had disappeared.

My clothes. Mom’s photographs. My coffee mug. Even the bedsheets I used.

It was as if I had never lived there at all.

“Rebecca!”

“Rebecca!”

His voice echoed through the deserted house.

No one answered.

With shaking hands, he grabbed his backup phone.

“The number you have dialed is unavailable…”

He tried texting.

Calling.

Checking every social media account.

Nothing.

I had vanished from every place he could reach.

He immediately ordered people to track me down.

The only information they found was this.

Four hours earlier, I had boarded a private jet at the airport.

The aircraft belonged to Spain’s Whitemoon Pack.

My grandfather’s pack. My mother’s home. My real home.

Aiden felt the air leave his lungs.

Suddenly, he remembered something I had once told him years ago.

“If you ever betray me, I’ll leave. And once I’m gone, you’ll never find me.”

He desperately convinced himself I was only acting out.

That I would cool off and come back in a few days.

Then his Beta called, “Alpha, Luna Rebecca has officially filed a lawsuit against you.”

“The charges are bond-sealing fraud and intentional harm. The court has already accepted the

case.”

Aiden went completely still, “…What?”

“There was one more message from Luna.”

“She wanted you to know that the twenty-third IVF cycle never resulted in a pregnancy.”

“She also knows the baby Kristina is carrying belongs to you.”

His mind went blank.

The phone slipped from his fingers.

It hit the floor with a loud crack, the screen shattering instantly.

She knew. She had known everything.

The forged bond-sealing deal. The pregnancies he had secretly ended.

Every lie. Every betrayal.

She knew it all.

He had believed she would never discover the truth.

He thought she would spend her life raising Kristina’s child, believing it was her own.

He thought she would never be able to leave him.

He thought she would endure everything, just as her mother had.

Swallow the pain. Accept her fate.

Instead… She had walked away.

And she had done it knowing exactly who he really was.

Panic crashed into him. Then regret followed.

Aiden collapsed onto the floor.

His fingers buried themselves in his hair as a broken cry tore from his throat.

Tears streamed endlessly down his face.

“Rebecca… I was wrong. I was so wrong…”

He whispered my name again and again, begging for forgiveness that would never come.

But he had already lost that chance.

Thirty thousand feet above the ground, the flight continued steadily through the night.

I leaned back in my seat and quietly closed my eyes.

Meanwhile, everything below had descended into complete chaos.

The moment my plane took off, my lawyer put every other case aside.

The forensic report proved the bond-sealing agreement had been forged.

The medical records documented all twenty-three IVF procedures and exposed the truth behind the pregnancies involving Kristina’s baby.

The security footage clearly showed Kristina dragging me down the staircase.

The audio recording captured Kristina admitting she had disposed of my mother’s ashes.

The financial evidence revealed how Michael had stolen my father’s bond-sealing status and

assets.

Witness statements confirmed that my father had abandoned us and allowed everything to happen.

By the next morning, the entire internet had erupted.
