The Comments Told Me The Twin Brothers Shared Sensation Chapter 06

Adrian remained impassive as he glanced at Mason’s arm.

“If you don’t want a healer to treat it, bandage it yourself.”

Mason yanked the door open and stormed out.

That left Adrian and me alone in the room, and for some reason, I suddenly felt awkward.

“It hasn’t healed yet.”

His low, husky voice came from beside me.

I turned and found myself staring into his deep, dark eyes.

Adrian held the half-healed knife cut on his finger up for me to see.

“Do you want to keep treating it?”

I swallowed hard.

Was the room getting warmer? Why did my cheeks feel hot too?

The comments were losing their minds over the ship.

[Ice prince, my ass. He’s secretly thirsty as hell.]

[I can’t take this anymore. He’s seducing her. This is blatant seduction!]

[You need a man who’s secretly this thirsty.]

[No, seriously, I love this type. He knows she’s lying to him, and he’s still playing along.]

I was not about to pass up the chance to hug him, so I threw myself back into Adrian’s arms and

hugged him to my heart’s content.

It was not until someone knocked that I looked up and realized the flush had never left his face.

His expression, however, remained aloof.

“Come in.”

Chloe stepped inside looking slightly embarrassed.

“I didn’t mean to interrupt you, but Mason refused to let me heal him. He insisted on bandaging the

wound himself.”

I frowned.

What was that supposed to mean?

Adrian did not seem surprised.

He gave a quiet hum, lowered his head, and rubbed the now-healed cut on his finger twice with his thumb while pressing his lips together slightly.

Chloe continued, “Then after he came out of your room, he sat in the common room trying to wrap his arm. All of a sudden, he looked down at his chest like something had happened…”

She scratched her head.

“Then he let out this bellow like an angry bull and charged outside. It’s the middle of the night. Should we go look for him?”

Adrian’s brows drew together almost imperceptibly, and I stood up with him.

Going out alone during the zombie apocalypse was dangerous.

Even with Mason’s advanced lightning power, a zombie horde could still trap him after dark.

Worse, he was injured, and the smell of blood from his arm was strong enough to draw a zombie

horde.

We were about to head outside when another wave of comments appeared.

[Why is the male lead crouching outside the door?]

[No idea. Maybe he came out here to take a dump.]

[Are you sure? He’s the male lead, and he’s that handsome. He wouldn’t do something that gross,

would he?]

[Then he must have run away from home because he’s mad at his brother and his brother’s girl.

What a brat.]

I stopped walking, the corner of my mouth twitching.

Adrian had been watching my worried expression, and something unreadable flickered in his eyes.

When I stopped, he tilted his head toward me.

I waved a hand.

“He didn’t go far. He’s just hanging around right outside the door. Let’s all go back to bed.”

Both of them looked surprised, but neither asked any questions.

Chloe, who was supposedly Mason’s canon love interest, turned around and left without hesitation.

Before leaving, she gave a couple of guilty little laughs.

“The apples were starting to turn brown, and none of you had come back to the kitchen in

forever…”

She did not need to finish.

The comments were speechless.

[The male and female leads have made exactly zero progress. All the male lead can think about is demanding an explanation from the female supporting character for feeling him up, while the female lead thinks about nothing but food.]

[She may be completely oblivious, but I’m going down with this ship.]

[The male lead looks like he’s crying outside because he realized no one came looking for him.]
