Oops! I Fell for My Love Coach Chapter 06

Oops! I Fell for My Love Coach Chapter 06

I pulled open the door and got into the passenger seat.

The air in the car felt dangerously heavy.

Theron drove to a secluded parking lot by the park.

He killed the engine and pulled out the key in one smooth motion.

I blinked. “Alpha Theron, didn’t you say you needed my help?”

He turned his head and stared straight at me.

That look was no longer the distant, untouchable coldness he usually wore.

It was openly possessive, sharp with aggression, like he was sizing up his prey.

He suddenly asked, “What does he look like?”

“Huh?”

“Your date.”

He gritted out the words one by one.

I deliberately tried to piss him off. “He’s pretty handsome. And he’s really enthusiastic. He texts me every day, unlike certain people who won’t even reply to a good morning.”

Theron’s face darkened even more.

Then he suddenly leaned in and trapped me between his body and the seat.

He was so close I could feel that familiar clean, woodsy scent rolling off him.

Heat curled low in my stomach.

My whole body went stiff.

He ordered, “Cancel it.”

“Why should I?”

I met his eyes, refusing to back down.

His gaze dropped to my lips, and his voice turned rougher. “Because you’ve been sending me good morning and good night every day. Now you want to quit halfway? Too late.”

After that, he sat back in the driver’s seat and pulled out his phone.

Two seconds later, my phone buzzed.

It was a message from X: [My girl. Don’t go see him, okay? I’ll teach you how to get Theron. We’ll do it tonight.]

I looked at the screen.

Then I looked at Theron, who was staring straight ahead beside me.

This guy was seriously playing two roles right in front of me.

I held back a laugh and replied to X: [Okay. Then tell me what to do.]

Theron drove me home.

Before leaving, he even reminded me with a completely serious face. “Keep studying. Don’t run around.”

The second he turned away, X’s message came in: [Bring tape and a blindfold. Use the spare key to get in. He’ll drink a little tonight and sleep very deeply.]

[Go straight inside and tie him to the headboard. He can’t handle that kind of stimulation.]

I stared at those insane instructions and almost laughed.

This man had even written himself a drunk-and-helpless script just so I would tie him up.

Since he was looking forward to it that much, how could I possibly disappoint him?

At ten that night, I followed his plan and went to his house again.

I let myself in with the spare key. The whole house was dark, except for a dim wall lamp glowing in the bedroom.

I crept inside and, sure enough, saw Theron sprawled across the bed.

A faint smell of alcohol clung to him.

He was putting on a pretty convincing act.

I pulled out the wide tape I had prepared and tied both his hands to the metal bars of the headboard.

He didn’t move the entire time.

He even cooperatively adjusted the angle of his wrists so I could tie him more securely.

After I finished with his hands, I took out a black silk tie and covered

his eyes.

Then I tied it tightly behind his head.

Once everything was ready, I stood beside the bed and cleared my throat.

According to the script X had given me, this was when I was supposed to say something powerful and dominant.

So I looked down at him.

“Theron, aren’t you always so cold and untouchable? Look at you now. You still ended up in my hands.”

The man on the bed kept his lips sealed and said nothing.

But I didn’t miss the tiniest hint of a smile.

I leaned closer, my voice dropping to a whisper. “You like this, don’t you? You’ve been waiting for me to do this all along.”

He didn’t answer, but his breathing changed. Quicker. Shallower.

I reached out and traced a finger along his jaw. His skin was warm, his pulse fluttering beneath my touch.

“X told me everything,” I murmured. “The cameras. The clothes. The messages. All of it was you.”

A muscle in his jaw twitched.

I pulled back and crossed my arms. “So let me ask you something, Alpha. Why didn’t you just tell me?”

Silence stretched between us.

Then, finally, his voice came out low and rough: “Because you would have run.”

“I wouldn’t have—”

“Wouldn’t you?” He turned his head toward me, even though he couldn’t see. “You chased me for months. But if you knew I was watching you, that I was X, that I bought you those dresses just to see you in them—you would have been terrified.”

I opened my mouth to argue, then closed it.

He wasn’t entirely wrong.

I sat on the edge of the bed. “So what now?”

He let out a slow breath. “Now you untie me. And we talk. Like adults.”

I laughed softly. “Where’s the fun in that?”

But I reached over and started loosening the knots anyway.

His hands came free, and he reached up to pull off the blindfold.

His eyes met mine.

“I’m not sorry,” he said quietly. “For any of it.”

I looked at him, this impossible man who had been playing two roles and hiding behind both of them.

And I realized I wasn’t sorry either.
