Oops! I Fell for My Love Coach Chapter 01

Oops! I Fell for My Love Coach Chapter 01

The first one to set his sights on me was a creepy, obsessive Alpha.

He watched me almost every day.

[Peaches, that lace-trimmed cami today looks so innocent.]

[New peach body wash? I can smell the sweetness through the screen.]

[Why have you been sighing all day? Who upset my girl?]

I told him the truth, “I’ve been chasing an Alpha lately. Nyx said he belongs to us.”

The person on the other side of the screen sent more than a dozen exclamation marks in a row.

Then he demanded to know who that reckless bastard was and what dirty tricks he had used on me.

Until I typed out my crush’s name: Theron Grayridge.

The voyeur who had been furious a second ago suddenly went silent, as if his whole system had crashed.

A long while later, he finally replied: [Your methods are way too basic. Do exactly what I say, and you’ll get him for sure.]

I stared at the detailed guide on my phone, which explained exactly how to break in, tie him up, and force him into romance.

For a moment, my brain went completely blank.

I had a crush on Theron.

But my brain had always worked half a beat slower than everyone else’s.

All those clever flirting tricks had already been used to death by his army of obsessed admirers.

I couldn’t sweet-talk or show off any impressive talent.

If someone threw me into his crowd of fangirls, I would disappear without a trace.

The only stupid method I had was to send him good morning and good night texts every single day.

Even though he always read them and never replied.

I shamelessly kept it up for a whole month.

I thought that, at the very least, he might remember my face.

But today, when I finally worked up the courage to greet him first, he didn’t even look at me.

He walked right past me with that frozen face of his.

A whole month of effort went straight down the drain.

Depressed, I could only take it out on snacks.

I was stuffing chips into my mouth with loud crunches when my phone buzzed.

I opened it and saw that same black profile picture.

X: [Chew slower. Don’t choke. Watching you eat makes me happy. That’s your fifth bag of chips. Who made you this upset?]

I was too lazy to reply.

My eyes swept around the room.

Sure enough, behind the little succulent on my bookshelf, I found another miniature pinhole camera.

Including this one, I had already taken apart thirteen this month.

X: [My Peaches has such sharp eyes.]

I had just finished reading that message when he sent another one.

[When you leaned close to the camera just now, my heart almost jumped out of my chest. I really wanted to see you a little longer. There’s another one above the air conditioner. Take it down while you’re at it.]

I was about to move a chair over.

Then the screen lit up again.

[Don’t use the chair. Get the little folding step stool from the kitchen. You used it last time to reach the cabinet.]

All the energy drained out of me.

I pouted so hard my lower lip practically stuck out.

[Can you put them somewhere lower next time? Climbing up and down is exhausting.]

X replied in seconds with a heart-eyes emoji.

[You look so cute when you’re mad. It’s killing me. I’ll never get tired of watching you. I put them higher because the view is better. That way, I can see your whole room.]

[Don’t you remember the pearl earrings you lost last time? I helped you find them. You even said I had sharp eyes.]

When I thought about it carefully, that did seem to have happened.

So I simply collapsed onto the bed and played dead.

I was too lazy to take it down.

After all, whenever I took one down, he’d just put up another.
