My Mafia Brother’s Car Framed Me? Chapter 06

My Mafia Brother’s Car Framed Me? Chapter 06

Damian had helped design the bike himself. Hidden inside the handlebars was an independent action camera that kept recording even if the main power was cut.

I pulled the memory card and slotted it into the tablet handed over by Damian’s right-hand man. The video footage synced to the SUV’s dashboard display seconds later.

The first clip started from the night before.

Hailey was in a basic jacket with her messy long hair pinned down by a helmet, excitedly straddling the custom motorcycle while holding her phone up for a selfie.

She clearly couldn’t handle the bike’s center of gravity or its touchy throttle response. Her boots wobbled as she tried to plant them on the ground.

Yet, desperate for “hardcore female rider” content for her social media, she insisted on popping a wheelie on that loose gravel incline.

She yanked the throttle way too hard.

Less than half a second after the front wheel lifted, the heavy bike flipped violently, crashing hard onto its right side against the rocky dirt.

A sharp crack echoed from the front end. A visible split tore open along the main frame’s edge, a piece of the fairing shattered off, and the chain guide twisted out of shape.

Hailey panicked, struggling to haul the bike up, her voice cracking

with tears.

“Theo, the frame split! The Lucchesi family will kill me for this!”

Off-camera, Theo stayed silent for five long seconds before speaking up coldly.

“Let Vivienne ride it tomorrow.”

Hailey froze. “Will she even agree to that?”

Theo’s voice was completely flat. “She’s a nobody rider with no backing. The guys in the club already look down on her. I’ll order her as Prez, and they’ll help me pressure her.”

Hailey hesitated, probing further. “What if she crashes and gets hurt?”

Theo let out a cold smirk. “Then that’s her own shitty riding. The bike snaps in her hands, and everyone will testify she’s the one who wrecked it. Don’t worry, babe. Cameras, witnesses, chat logs—I’ll handle all of it.”

After that, the two used black duct tape to carefully cover the family logo and the fracture line.

The second clip was from this morning, the audio and video much clearer.

Theo was calling out four key members in the club group chat.

“You guys stick to the script when you see Vivienne later. Tell her it’s club policy—no random bike swaps. Force her onto that custom ride.”

“Don’t let her take photos. Confiscate her phone if she tries.”

“If she refuses, bring up her patch. Tell her she isn’t fit to wear Iron Raven colors.”

“She’s just a woman. Scrape her up with a few threats and she’ll fall in line.”

Every voice note dripped with calculated contempt, as if they were discussing an utterly trivial matter.

When the video finished, only the wind whistled across the mountain road.

I raised my head, sweeping my eyes over the crowd that had just called me selfish and broke moments ago.

Their faces were deathly pale. Some stepped back instinctively, while others nervously rubbed their fingers, staring at the dirt.

A burly bald biker scrambled to speak up. “The Prez just told us to convince you! We had no idea the bike was broken!”

I stared at them coldly.

“You didn’t know the bike was broken, but you knew all about the policy against swapping bikes. And you watched him slap me and force me onto that seat.”

“You just decided I was weak, and that stepping on me wouldn’t cost you a damn thing.”

Not a single person dared to meet my eyes.

Seeing no way out, Theo instantly pointed a finger at Hailey.

“It was all her! She stole the bike, and she wrecked it!”

Hailey suddenly whipped out a paper from her jacket and slammed it against his chest.

“You’re trying to dump me now?! I’m pregnant with your baby!”

The paper fluttered to the ground, showing a four-week pregnancy test result.

Theo stared down at it, his face twisted in disgust.

“How do I even know it’s mine?”

“You promised!” Hailey shrieked. “You said as soon as I got pregnant, you’d throw her out and make me the First Lady of the Iron Raven MC!”

The truth behind his “special situation” had finally come out.

Damian’s lawyer stepped forward, holding out a preliminary damage assessment.

The custom frame, replacement parts, and transit fees totaled over two hundred and sixty thousand dollars.

I held the document up right in front of their faces.

“Since you two are practically family now, you can split the bill together.”

Theo’s face went from pale to ashen. “Two hundred and sixty thousand? That’s insane! That bike isn’t worth that much!”

Damian’s lawyer adjusted his glasses. “The frame alone was custom-machined in Italy. The engine was hand-tuned by a specialist who no longer takes commissions. The fairing uses carbon fiber from a discontinued production run. The total valuation has been independently appraised at two hundred and sixty-three thousand, four hundred dollars. You’re welcome to contest it in court.”

Theo opened his mouth, then closed it. He knew he couldn’t afford it. He knew the club couldn’t afford it. And he knew that the Lucchesi family didn’t make empty threats.

Hailey was still crying, still holding the pregnancy test, still screaming at Theo to take responsibility. But he was already looking past her, calculating his next move.

I watched the whole thing unravel and felt nothing.

“Damian,” I said quietly. “Let’s go.”

He nodded and put his hand on my back, guiding me toward the SUV.

As we walked away, I heard Theo’s voice crack behind me.

“Vivienne! Wait! I can make this right! Just give me a chance to—”

I didn’t turn around.

The last thing I heard was Damian’s men closing in, and Hailey’s screams fading into the wind.

Inside the SUV, I leaned my head against the window and let out a long breath.

“You okay?” Damian asked.

“I will be.”

He studied me for a moment, then nodded.

“Good. Because I’ve been meaning to ask—what the hell were you doing joining a club like that anyway?”

I smiled faintly. “I wanted to see if I could make it on my own. Without the name. Without the protection.”

“And?”

I looked out the window at the mountains rolling past.

“I learned that some people are worth trusting. And some people will show you exactly who they are the moment they think you have nothing.”
