My Mafia Brother’s Car Framed Me? Chapter 05

My Mafia Brother’s Car Framed Me? Chapter 05

The color drained completely from Hailey’s face.

Theo stood frozen where he was, as if his mind couldn’t comprehend the name that had just left my mouth.

Damian covered the distance between us in long strides.

Dropping to one knee, he checked my pulse before snapping, “Trauma kit. Now.”

The accompanying medics rushed forward to dress my wounds while bodyguards retrieved my helmet to examine the impact marks.

Damian stared directly at my swollen left cheek, his voice dangerously low.

“Who hit you?”

I looked straight at Theo.

Damian merely followed my gaze for a fraction of a second, and his second-in-command immediately led two men to pin Theo’s arms behind his back.

“Hold on!” Theo finally panicked. “This is internal club discipline! She defied a direct order from the Prez, I was only—”

“Do the Iron Raven MC bylaws permit a president to assault his members?” Damian asked coldly.

Theo opened his mouth, but no words came out.

No legitimate 1%er club has a clause that lets a Prez beat a woman,

nor does it protect a bastard setting up his own patch for a fall.

Damian stood up slowly, his icy gaze sweeping across the crowd.

“Who else forced her to swap bikes?”

The men who had surrounded me moments ago all dropped their heads.

Not a single soul dared to answer.

I pushed away the stretcher the medics brought over.

“I don’t need the hospital. The cuts aren’t deep, and we aren’t finished here yet.”

Damian frowned, but he didn’t argue with me in public. He simply took off his coat and draped it over my shoulders.

I turned my attention back to Hailey.

“Surprised?”

“You all knew me as Vivienne Vale, but you never bothered to check that Vale is my mother’s maiden name.”

“Damian Lucchesi is my brother.”

Hailey’s lips trembled uncontrollably.

“But you… you were just an ordinary biker.”

“That’s right,” I looked at her. “And that’s the only reason you dared to pull this shit.”

“If you had known from the start that I was the Don’s sister, would you

still have shoved a broken bike onto me?”

She couldn’t utter a single word.

I walked over to the wrecked motorcycle and pointed to the duct tape covering the logo.

“You didn’t borrow this bike either.”

“Damian never lends his custom builds to anyone.”

Damian’s second-in-command had already finished scanning the frame’s serial number.

He raised his tablet to report directly to the Don:

“Confirmed. This is the custom build stolen from the Brooklyn private garage last night. The spare key is missing as well.”

Damian’s face grew even colder.

Last night, key members of the Iron Raven MC had attended a party in Brooklyn.

The bike had just finished servicing and was parked in a private, locked garage in the back. Regular guests had no access, but as Prez, Theo had access to the office area, and Hailey had been attached to his hip all night.

“You used the party as cover to sneak into the garage and take the spare key,” I said.

“Hailey wanted to take it out to show off, but she dumped it on the mountain trail last night.”

“When you realized the frame was damaged, you knew you couldn’t afford the repairs. You also knew what happens when you steal from the Lucchesi family.”

“So you set up this bike swap today.”

Theo immediately blurted out, “You have no proof!”

“Vivienne, just because you’re the Don’s sister doesn’t mean you can throw wild accusations around!”

Hailey grabbed onto that last sliver of hope like a drowning woman.

“Right! Even if I took the bike without permission, I didn’t break it!”

“The frame snapped while you were riding it! Everyone here saw it!”

She turned to the club members and screamed, “You can all testify to that, right?”

The very men who had been throwing around the word “brother” earlier all kept their heads down, dodging her frantic eyes.

They were brave enough to bully a woman with no backing, but none of them had the nerve to stand against the Lucchesi family.

Hailey’s voice cracked with hysteria.

“Say something!”

“Didn’t you all just say that whoever breaks the bike pays for it?!”

Silence was her only answer.

Damian took a step forward.

“Take them away.”

“Wait,” I raised my hand to stop him.

I knew how my brother handled things.

But today, I didn’t want these people to just shut up out of terror of the Don. I wanted them to see with their own eyes what kind of trash they had just backed.

I wiped the dust off my helmet and walked over to the snapped handlebars.

“Hailey, you wanted proof?”

“I’ll give it to you.”

I pulled out my phone and scrolled to a photo I’d taken earlier that morning. It was a close-up of the handlebar grip—the same duct tape, the same distinctive scratch pattern from the crash.

“This bike has a tracker installed,” I said calmly. “Standard on all Lucchesi custom builds. Damian has the full location history. We can pull the exact route it traveled last night—from the Brooklyn garage to the mountain trail where it crashed.”

Hailey’s face went white.

I continued, “And then this morning, the route shows it being moved to the Iron Raven clubhouse. Right where you were preparing for today’s ride.”

“Even if you cleaned the bike, you can’t clean the data.”

Theo opened his mouth, but I cut him off.

“And I also had my assistant pull the security footage from the Brooklyn party last night. You want to see the clip of Hailey sneaking into the garage? Or the clip of Theo distracting the security guard?”

Theo’s composure cracked.

“You’ve had cameras in the garage the whole time?”

“Brother,” I said, turning to Damian with a small smile. “You really should improve your security.”

Damian’s mouth twitched. He almost smiled.

“Noted.”

Hailey finally collapsed onto the ground, her legs giving out beneath her.

“It was Theo’s idea,” she sobbed. “He said if we could make you look bad, the club would turn on you. He said you’d be too humiliated to stay.”

Theo lunged at her. “You lying bitch—”

Damian raised one finger. His men intercepted Theo before he could touch her.

I looked down at Hailey, then at Theo.

“I was never here for the brotherhood,” I said quietly. “I was here to see what kind of people you were. And you’ve shown me everything I needed to see.”

Damian placed his hand on my shoulder.

“Let’s go home.”

I nodded.

As we turned to leave, Theo screamed after us.

“You can’t do this! This is our territory! You can’t just walk in and—”

“The Iron Raven MC is dissolved,” Damian said without turning around. “Effective immediately. Your clubhouse will be seized. Your assets will be liquidated. And you two—” he glanced back, his eyes colder than steel—”will be dealt with accordingly.”

The last thing I saw as I walked away was Theo’s face, pale and hollow, as the reality of his choices finally crashed down around him.
