My Husband Timetravelled from 5 Years Later to Force an ABORTION—So I Ruined His Entire Family Chapter 02

The mention of our child made Aiden’s eyes flash with fresh anger. But the moment he spoke of that woman, his whole face softened, like a devout worshipper gazing up at a deity.

He lifted his chin, his voice warm and full of devotion. “Her name is Lena Moore.”

“She’s the heiress to one of Newport’s most powerful families.”

“You could never understand how elegant and radiant and pure she is. I met her at a charity gala. She wore a white gown, like an angel wandering among mortals. She came up to talk to me, and we had so much in common. Finally, someone who truly understood me.”

Then his handsome face twisted with rage as he stepped closer and glared at me.

“You destroyed all of it. You drove her to kill herself.”

“You latched onto the Coles using your pregnancy as leverage You left her suffering until she had no way out. Do you know she was carrying my child when she died?”

Hatred blazed visibly in his eyes. “Everything that’s happening now is your own fault. You deserve to lose this baby. No one else is to blame.”

With that, he spun around and stormed out. The door slammed shut with a thunderous bang, rattling the entire hospital room.

The only sounds left in the empty ward were the steady beeps of the monitors.

I let go of my lip, which I had bitten until it bled. My hands trembled as I curled my fingers into fists.

A Moore heiress? The Moore family of Newport?

A bitter, hollow laugh escaped me, laced with pain and disbelief.

I was the one and only daughter of the Moore family. When did I ever get a sister named Lena Moore?

I didn’t know all the details of the future he had described. But I’d bet the entire legacy of the Moore family on this: that woman calling herself Lena Moore was lying.

Memories flooded my mind, sharp and cruel.

Aiden and I first met at the café where I worked part-time I had run away from home after fighting with my parents and decided to hide who I really was and make it on my own.

Aiden fell for me at first sight and chased me relentlessly. As the heir of the Cole family, he was inherently arrogant because of his family’s status. I thought it was ridiculous sometimes, but I never told him who I really was. I didn’t want to hurt his pride.

More than that, I even swallowed my pride and had my father quietly lend the Coles a helping hand behind the scenes and climb higher.

What a sad, stupid joke. I gave him my whole heart and exhausted my family’s resources, only to nurture an ungrateful traitor.

A sharp, stabbing pain tore through my abdomen again and again. I reached out with shaking hands and picked up my cracked phone. The screen lit up, and I opened the chat with the contact at the very top. I typed out a message.

You think this do-over is fate’s gift to you, a chance to change your destiny for the woman you love.

But fate has given me a second chance as well.
