“Tch, what shamelessness!”

Right then, three young boys of different ages were led into the banquet hall.

The moment they laid eyes on Tess, they ran straight over and clung to her legs.

“Mommy, Mommy! Where have you been all this time?”

“Mommy, are you leaving us three behind?”

The whole crowd fell into stunned silence.

It wasn’t just that Tess was only twenty-four with three children-it was a very noticeable age gap

between these three children.

Tess’s face turned ashen. She tried to push them away awkwardly. “Who’s your mother? Stop calling me that! I’m still just a kid myself!”

The bald man flew into a rage, pointing furiously at her.

“How can you deny your own children?”

“I have official paternity test reports right here!”

“You got dumped by the kids’ real fathers, and I was the only one dumb enough to take you in and raise your brats—and you still lied and scammed me!”

He pulled out three formal paternity papers, each signed and sealed by an authorized institution.

“Since you have no honor, I’ll expose the truth to everyone here!”

The bald man seized Tess by the arm, dragged her up onto the stage, and took the microphone.

“This woman used to go by the stage name Red Rose, a hostess at Prosperity Entertainment Club.

She only quit after getting with me.”

“But she thought I didn’t earn enough. She faked a pregnancy, scammed me out of five million

dollars, then disappeared out of thin air, leaving me to raise her three illegitimate kids alone!”

“If Ms. Brooks hadn’t called Mr. Shawn today, I’d still never have known she was hiding here living

a lie!”

The guests exploded into uproar.

“Good grief! She looks so pure and innocent, but she’s actually a con artist!”

“Her sister kept her abortion secret to save her face, and she turned right around and framed Elaine

instead!”

“The Hales are blind as bats-they dumped a capable, outstanding daughter-in-law like Elaine for

this worthless trash!”

“Three kids, three fathers… who knows what diseases she might be carrying?”

The words seemed to jolt Jasper awake.

His face drained of all color. He scrambled over to his mother Martha, clutched her sleeve tightly,

and panicked.

“Mom, take me to get a full medical checkup at once!”

“This woman’s clearly sick! No wonder I’ve been feeling under the weather lately!”

Martha paled with fright too. “You little harlot! If anything happens to my son, I’ll never forgive

you!”

I watched the cowardly mother and son sneer coldly. “Jasper, if she’s the one who’s sick, why are you so desperate to get checked up? Or were you two already sneaking around behind my back long before today?”

Seth stepped forward upon hearing this and grabbed Jasper’s collar again. “How dare you betray my

savior?”

Jasper trembled like a leaf, shaking his head frantically. “No… I didn’t…”

“Then what’s this?”

I slammed a USB drive down at his feet.

Seth nodded to one of his bodyguards.

The man picked up the USB and plugged it into the hotel’s giant LED screen.

The screen flickered for a moment before footage began playing.

It was recorded in my own living room.

Jasper had come to our house to discuss wedding plans. Dad was called back to work suddenly, and

Mom sent me out to buy groceries.

He was left alone sitting on the sofa scrolling his phone.

Then Tess walked in wearing a bunny-ear headband and outfit, bouncing over with a bowl of

creamy pumpkin soup.

“Jasper, try the pumpkin soup I made for you. It’s super yummy!”

As she spoke, she knelt gracefully on the carpet, holding the soup out to him with exaggerated

deference.

“Ah-t-thank you!” Jasper, who’d never been treated like this before, put down his phone and

reached for the bowl.

But Tess deliberately tipped it over, spilling soup all over his trousers.

“I’m so sorry! Let me clean it up for you, Jasper!”

She grabbed tissues from the coffee table and pretended to wipe his lap for him.

As she kept wiping, Jasper grew aroused.
