“Jade, now that the misunderstanding is resolved, and you don’t like Austin at all.”

“Can you divorce him? Let’s get married. I’m the one you love.”

Austin was so pissed off that he wanted to shoot him.

I stopped Austin.

“From the moment you switched out all the long straws to the short ones, I no longer loved you.”

“I’ll try my best to love Austin, and I give my blessings to you and Mandy. William, I did nothing wrong to you.”

I left with Austin.

“It’s Austin that drove this wedge between us. He was the one who told you that I switched out the straws, right? He did that on purpose so we would not be together.”

“Jade, don’t believe him. Please, come back to me!”

I did not turn around.

I felt that it was unnecessary, and Austin was angry.

“Alright, why are you getting angry over him? We’re the ones who dictate our own lives. Didn’t you promise to bring me on a honeymoon trip? Are we still going?”

“Of course we are. I’m just angry at how shameless William is.”

He’s the one who didn’t treasure you, then he’s coming back to beg for your forgiveness again. How can he do that?”

Austin grinded his teeth in anger. “I’ll definitely kill him off one day.”

That night, William was begging on his knees before my bedroom for the entire night.

He kept begging for my forgiveness until his voice turned hoarse.

In the end, Austin could not stand him anymore. He did not sleep and woke me up to be intimate so he could piss William off. Then, William became quiet.

When we opened the door, William threw blood up.

I wrapped a scarf around my neck to hide the hickies. I said indifferently, “But you’re the one who hurt me the most. Why are you pretending to be the victim?”

He stared at me and suddenly realized something. Then, he fell to the ground with a pale face.

“You’ve returned to the past, right? Jade, do you hate me?”

“Hate doesn’t exist without love. I no longer love you.”

I pointed at Mandy who was standing behind him.

“You hated me so much in the past, just so you could be with her. Now your wish has come true. Cherish it.”

William could no longer say a word.

He kept begging, but he chose the wrong choice and lost the person he loved the most.

“This is what I deserve… Haha…”

William did not get together with Mandy. He tortured Mandy until she went insane and left her on the outskirts.

It seemed on brand for him. When he loved someone, he would cherish them. When he did not love them, he would destroy them.

When Austin and I were on our honeymoon, William followed us. He did not get close, but he kept quietly sending me gifts.

Austin could not stand it anymore. He punched him.

“I didn’t seduce Jade. I just want to treat her well. You don’t have the right to stop me. Jade might fall in love with me again.”

William sounded confident. “It’s just luck that she chose you because of the straws. We can compete fair and square. Austin, do you dare to compete with me?”

“Why would I compete with you? She’s my wife!”

Austin injured William and William ended up in the hospital.
