The document contained only a few lines.

1. “The Summer Camp Incident” — Father canceled daughter’s pre-approved educational program based on the unsubstantiated claims of her stepbrother.

At that point, it was truly over.

I moved to Malibu.

The new house looks directly out over the Pacific. The living room is bright, with a constant breeze moving through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
