In the video, Kelly needed Audrey over and over.

“Elijah is about to sever the bond with you. What are you even gloating about?”

“In Elijah’s eyes, you’re old and ugly. You’re boring in bed. Pack your crap and get out.”

Then Kelly picked up the glass. Slashed her own face.

“Guess who Elijah will believe—you or me?”

Audrey never moved. Never touched her.

Elijah’s grip on his phone tightened.

The sweet, innocent Kelly he thought he knew—this was the real her.

Then he watched himself walk in. Watched himself cut Audrey’s face. Saw her tears. The way she looked at him—like she was watching him die.

He slapped himself. Hard.

“Audrey. I’m sorry. I’m so sorry. How could I trust a woman I’ve known less than a year over you?”

The video kept playing.

Audrey lay bleeding on the floor. The door opened. Two servants he didn’t recognize walked in.

Then they tied her to the chair. The whip came down. Ninety-nine times.

Elijah’s eyes went black with rage.

“Who hired those two?”

“Sir… Miss Kelly brought them in.”

Elijah’s voice dropped to a growl. “Find them. Now. I want to know who gave them the nerve to touch Audrey.”

Beta nodded. “Yes, Alpha. Also—Miss Kelly called. She’s on her way over.”

Elijah’s eyes fixed on the woman’s face in the video. “Good. I wanted to see her anyway.”

Kelly walked in carrying all her luggage. Everything Elijah had bought her in the past few days.

She didn’t know Audrey had moved out. She planned to rub it in.

“Set everything down here. I’ll decide which room I want later.”

Then she noticed the furniture. Half of everything was missing.

She frowned. Then she spotted Elijah on the couch and rushed over.

“Elijah, what happened to the furniture? Why is only half of it left?”

“Audrey did it.”

He didn’t look up. His voice was ice.

Kelly didn’t catch the tone. “Is Luna Audrey still mad at me? Where is she? Maybe I should apologize. This whole mess is my fault.”

“You should apologize to her.”

He raised his head. The murder in his eyes made her flinch.

“Elijah? What’s wrong?”

“Why don’t you tell me?” He stood up and walked toward her. “Who cut your face? You or Audrey?”

Kelly’s heart pounded. But she forced herself to stay calm.

No one knew what really happened that day. Elijah loved her. He trusted her. If she stuck to the lie, she’d be fine.

She put on her hurt face. “Elijah, I don’t understand why you’re asking. You saw it yourself. Audrey did this.”

“Unbelievable.”

He shoved his phone in her face. “I saw the video, Kelly. This is who you really are.”
