Villainess? No, I’m the Final Boss Chapter 02

Villainess? No, I’m the Final Boss Chapter 02 Taking Something Without Permission Is Theft

Yolanda was brought to our house when she was six years old by her mother, Thora Greenwood, who worked as a housekeeper in our home.
Thora knelt on the floor, trembling as she pulled Yolanda along with her and begged, bowing her head repeatedly toward Mom. “Mrs. Morton, I don’t need a salary. I only hope that, since you also have a daughter, you can let Yolanda attend school with Ms. Morton.
“The tuition at Osley Academy is far too expensive. Someone like me, working as a housekeeper, could never afford it, but it means nothing to you. I heard you sponsor other children, so why not spend that money on Yolanda instead?”
Thora forced Yolanda’s head down against the floor again and again. It didn’t take long before her forehead was swollen and bruised.
Mom had always hated seeing children suffer. Faced with Thorar’s desperate pleading, she finally softened and agreed.
From that moment on, Yolanda stayed in the Morton residence.
Seeing how pitiful she was, I would casually give her luxury items and spending money.
To outsiders, she looked just like another rich heiress.
Over time, she seemed to forget her place.
She really thought she could stand on equal footing with me. She competed with me for everything and even started getting involved with my fiancé.
In the past, I couldn’t be bothered with any of this. It was just a marriage of convenience anyway. I didn’t care who my fiancé was, and I also didn’t care who Yolanda was flirting with.
But now that I knew she was the so-called heroine—and that her followers would eventually destroy my entire family—I couldn’t possibly ignore it anymore.
Eden soon returned to the main hall with a flash drive. The giant screen lit up, playing footage of Yolanda sneaking around in a maid’s uniform, carefully avoiding others as she entered the room. When she came out, she was already wearing my gown.
She lifted her chin proudly, like a little swan, and walked straight into the main hall.
Everything was now crystal clear.
I waved my hand impatiently. “Did you all see that? Yolanda stole my dress. If that’s not theft, what is it? Today, she dares to steal from the Morton family. Tomorrow, she’ll steal from all of you. Would you dare to employ a maid like that?
“Call the police.”
I was speaking to Eden, but a sharp male voice suddenly cut me off.
“I’d like to see who dares!”
Charlie strode over, followed by a flood of live comments, and stepped protectively in front of Yolanda. “Yolanda is under my protection. Let’s see who dares to call the police!”
The comments instantly exploded with excitement.
[The devoted second male lead is finally here! Our precious girl almost got bullied by this vicious woman!]
[Hmph! Let’s see how arrogant Naomi can be now. Charlie is the only son of the family. No matter how proud she is, she’s still just a useless daughter!]
[It’s fine. Once Charlie becomes the head of the Morton family, this villainess will be kicked out!]
Charlie, who got a headache just from looking at company reports, is becoming the head of the Morton family?
I narrowed my eyes slightly. “Charlie, is this how you speak to me? Where are your manners?”
Charlie snorted. “I don’t acknowledge someone as vicious as you as my sister. The moment I’m not around, you bully Yolanda however you want!”
I was truly fed up.
Both Charlie and Lionel kept throwing around the word “bully.”
Fine. I might as well show them what real bullying looks like.
My expression turned cold as I pointed at the two men standing there with their chins held high. “Strip all three of them.”
They looked down on me, yet still wore clothes paid for with my money. Nothing in this world comes for free.
Yolanda quickly raised her hands to cover her chest, her face full of grief and indignation.
Her eyes were red-rimmed as she stared up at me, refusing to look away. “Naomi, why are you forcing me into this? Is it because Lionel doesn’t like you? Or because Charlie refuses to acknowledge you as his sister?
“But this is all clearly your fault. You always use your status as the heiress of the richest family to push me aside. You made me wear and use whatever you left behind. You said my status was so low that I wasn’t even worthy of standing in your presence!”
As she spoke, tears began to fall down her cheeks.
The crystal-clear droplets fell onto the floor with a soft sound. “Yes, I can’t compare to your wealth. I’m not some rich heiress, but I’ve never felt inferior because of my background. I stand taller and straighter than all of you rich people!
“So what if you have money? You still can’t get the love you’ve always wanted!”
If she truly didn’t care about her background, then why did she go around pretending to be a rich heiress using the luxury items I gave her?
The comments were like a group of fools. No matter what Yolanda said, they blindly agreed.
[Our precious girl said it so well. I’m crying. I even know a rich girl like that, always looking down on people!]
