The Eleventh Luna Rose Trial Chapter 06

The Eleventh Luna Rose Trial Chapter 06

Six years later, the plane cuts through the clouds.

I stare at the white mist rolling past the window as the latest data from Beta Rue’s rose garden.

appears on my phone.

“Alpha Helena, the third batch of new rose seedlings is showing signs of poor adaptation.”

“If we can’t find a solution within two weeks, we may not be able to mass–produce the Silver Frost

Rose.”

Six years ago, the Northern wasteland everyone believed was impossible for growing roses has now

transformed into endless fields of roses.

Every year, it attracts countless pack Alphas, pack doctors, and Healers looking to collaborate.

Whenever they see me, they smile and call me, “Alpha Helena.”

Since leaving the South, I’ve never seen those strange silver words again. Maybe they disappeared

along with my ability.

Perhaps the moment I cut down that Crimson Gold Rose, the story had already broken away from its

original path.

But in the North, I build a pack of my own, the Nightrose Pack, taking in she–wolves who are driven out of their packs or cast aside after being rejected by their mates.

This time, I’m returning because the mass cultivation of Silver Frost Roses has hit a bottleneck, and I need the channels and resources of the rose farmers in the southern packs.

But the moment the meeting begins, the rose merchant across from me laughs.

“A female Alpha?”

“A woman gets lucky with a few roses and turns her life around, and now she really thinks she can run ten thousand acres of rose fields?”

Someone beside him immediately joins in.

“Who knows how many years that barren land in the North can even survive?”

“Growing roses takes years of experience and knowledge, not just the passion of some young people.”

I flip through the documents without looking up.

“The Silver Frost Rose has already gone through three rounds of cultivation. With the resources/ and expertise of the southern packs, this partnership can benefit everyone.”

The rose merchant flips through several pages of the documents before laughing again.

“This business isn’t something you can establish with a few pretty numbers.”

The conference room door suddenly swings open.

Nathan walks in.

Six years have passed, but he’s still the powerful Alpha King he has always been. Yet the sharpness in his features has faded.

“I can provide the processing channels the Northern rose fields need.”

Someone scoffs.

“A woman is still a woman. Since Alpha Helena has King Nathan willing to vouch for her, she might as well become Luna Queen, have some children, and stay home with them. Why bother coming to us for a partnership?”

I finally look up at Nathan.

“I don’t remember sending the Alpha King a partnership invitation.”

His fingers stiffen slightly. When he speaks again, there’s an almost pleading note in his voice.

“Helena, it’s been a long time.”

“I just want to save you some unnecessary trouble.”

On the day the new rose fields open, countless pack doctors, Alphas and Lunas from different packs, rose farmers, and business partners come to visit.

I stand in the middle of the rose garden, looking at rows of newly cultivated rose seedlings.

These are the result of six years of my hard work.

They are my answer after starting over.

My eyes land on several workers moving rose seedlings in the distance.

My steps suddenly stop.

I recognize them immediately.

They’re the mother plants brought all the way from the North.

Every investment, every partnership, and the hopes of countless rose farmers for the next several

ears depend on this batch of seedlings.

I quickly walk over and stare at where the plants have been moved.

My voice slowly turns cold.

“What are you doing?”
