Reborn to Clear My Name Chapter 10

Reborn to Clear My Name Chapter 10

It seemed the past few years had gone too smoothly for him, so smoothly that he’d forgotten how he got where he was.

I took the divorce agreement my lawyer had prepared from my bag and placed it in front of him.

“Yes, Gianni. We’re getting a divorce.”

“The papers are right here. Sign them.”

Gianni’s hand visibly trembled. He snatched up the pages, his fingers tightening around them.

“You’re serious?”

“I don’t joke about things like this.”

I continued packing the last of my things in the hospital room.

“And I want you to waive all claims to our shared assets.”

Gianni and Isabelle shouted at almost the same time.

“Why?”

I waved my phone and looked at them coldly.

“Because of this. That photo is just the beginning.”

“Do I need to remind you what the cameras at home have recorded over the past few days?”

They knew better than anyone what they had done while I was in the hospital.

I had no feelings left for Gianni.

When I died, that relationship had died with me.

Gianni gritted his teeth, his voice strained.

“I’d rather die than sign. There’s no way I’m giving you everything.”

I waved a hand, my tone calm.

“That’s fine. My lawyer will handle it in court.”

Gianni was silent for several seconds, then suddenly lowered his voice.

“Does it have to be a divorce?”

The moment Isabelle heard that, she panicked. She grabbed his arm.

“What do you mean? Didn’t we come here today to get a divorce?”

“You can always make more money. What are you so afraid of?”

Gianni turned and roared at her.

“Shut up.”
