Reborn: I Quit Fighting Aging to Ruin Her Chapter 05

Reborn: I Quit Fighting Aging to Ruin Her Chapter 05 Her Face Fell Apart Live

Aria’s scream cut through the stream like a knife.

Three seconds later, her eyes rolled back and she hit the floor.

The fans who’d been drooling over her moments ago went dead silent.

[Holy shit! Isn’t she supposed to be a beauty streamer? Since when did she switch to horror content?!]

[AHHHH! What the hell is that?!]

The streamer she’d been battling-getting crushed the whole time-jumped up from her chair the second she saw hair sprouting all over Aria’s face.

“That bitch will do anything to win, huh?!”

She thought it was some desperate stunt for views. But before she could even rally her fans, Aria’s stream got shut down.

Reason: violation of community guidelines-vulgar content.

I clutched my phone and laughed until I doubled over. Tears streaming.

All that money I’d poured into her stream? Totally worth it.

These past few days, Aria had shot from total nobody to #1 on the beauty rankings-way faster than last time.

But that also meant way more people witnessed the moment her mask slipped.

Every single one of her “big spenders” had been there for her face. Brands had paid top dollar for promo slots, betting on her to move product.

Now? All of it-gone.

I watched the comments section flood with refund demands, grinning.

And just to make sure the fire didn’t die down, I clipped the footage and sent it to a few marketing accounts.

By tonight, “Beauty Streamer Transforms Live On Camera” would be everywhere.

That was gift number two.

As for Eliot… honestly, the only reason he’d fooled me last time was because I trusted him too much.

A man who thinks with his crotch? Manipulating him would be child’s play.

Just… not yet.

Right now, he was in full panic mode.

After seeing Aria’s face covered in fur, he could barely stand. His legs were shaking.

He was the only one who’d seen the full horror up close.

Aria was still out cold on the floor. Eliot edged toward her, trembling. The second he got a clear look at the yellow-brown fur completely covering her face-he screamed.

His voice cracked.

He tried to field calls from furious brands demanding refunds with one hand, while dialing 911 with the other-nearly dropping his phone.

The line connected. The dispatcher started speaking.

Then something hit him. He hung up.

And called me.

“Sophie! Was this you?! What the hell did you do to Aria?!”

He remembered the “spell.” Of course he did.

I let him scream, then said, cold and flat: “Eliot. Who do you think you’re talking to? Did you forget whose boyfriend you are?”

He faltered. “No-this isn’t the time for your jealousy! Aria’s your best friend! I was just helping her run the stream!”

“If it weren’t for-”

I cut him off. “Enough. Stop yapping.”

“We’re done. Go be someone else’s dog. Go simp for whoever you want. I don’t care.”

Heavy breathing on the other end. Then: “Then get your ass over here right now! I swear-if anything happens to Aria, I’ll make you pay!”

That, actually, worked for me.

I’d love to see what she looks like right now.

Probably hilarious. And so, so satisfying.
