He Paid Me To Strip So I Smashed His Head Instead Chapter 02

He clearly never expected me to do it.

Lucas’s smile froze,his eyes widening.

Ethan frowned and looked away.

Others whistled or whispered among themselves.

The live comments exploded in shock.

[Holy shit—censored? Did she really strip?]

[What’s the point of premium if I can’t see this?!]

[Is the rival love interest this bold?]

[God, Serena has no shame.]

[Has she no self-respect? Begging for humiliation?]

[? The one above should see a neurologist, not spew crap.]

I tuned out the comments and ignored the reactions.

Why should I feel ashamed?

The man who demanded a woman strip and be groped should be.

Not the woman forced to submit.

I stared at Lucas calmly.

His gaze trailed down my face, then dropped to my chest.

He jerked back like he’d been burned.

He turned away, grinding his teeth. “Serena, you’re really… something else now.”

I ignored his tone. “Pay up.”

Lucas choked, then let out an angry laugh.

He glared at me. “And what if I don’t?”

He wore that cocky look, what can you do?

I tilted my head. “You’re going back on your word, aren’t you?”

“Yeah.”

Lucas leaned back, no longer avoiding my eyes. He watched me straight on.

I bent down, picked up my dress, and pulled it back on.

Then, under Lucas’s confused stare, I walked right up to him.

In one motion, I grabbed the champagne bottle from the table.

With a loud crack, I smashed it against Lucas’s head.

Illness had left me weak, but it was enough to stun him. Blood and champagne dripped down his face.

A pained cry escaped him before he could react.

I pressed the broken bottle forward, pinning him down.

The sharp edge hovered over his carotid artery.

Only then did the others snap out of it, shouting threats and curses.

I blocked them out, kneeling atop Lucas, pressing the glass harder to his neck

“Transfer the money,” I said calmly. “One hundred thousand dollars.”

Lucas’s throat bobbed. Blood streamed from his forehead into his eye, a crimson trail.

Aside from the initial shock, he’d already recovered.

There was no fear in his eyes that his life was in danger. Only excitement.

He tilted his head back, lips red and wet. “Serena, you’re… different today.”

I didn’t answer him. I just tightened my grip.

Ethan spoke up from the side. “Serena, what kind of trick are you playing now?”

Ethan and I were childhood friends who grew up together.

He always played the aloof, cold snob.

I used to tease with him just to see him panic.

Only with me did he show any real warmth.

Now, his face was that cold, dead mask again.
