He Gave Me a Divorce, I Gave Him Ruin Chapter 19

“Ah!” Ethan cried out in pain as he was forced to the floor. His expensive suit scraped against the wine-stained carpet as handcuffs were snapped onto his wrists.

Flashes went off all around us.

There were gasps, people backing away, and the tell-tale red lights of phones already recording.

I looked down at him, sprawled in disgrace on the floor, and felt nothing.

He deserved this.

The police hauled Ethan to his feet. He looked at me through his disheveled hair, the color draining from his face.

A week later, I saw him at the gate again.

This time, he wasn’t alone.

He had brought Chloe with him.

And Chloe was carefully cradling a small, rounded belly.
