He Fed Me to the Beasts and Called It Love Chapter 08: You Blind, Heartless Bastard!

Ethan Foster suddenly remembered exactly what Hailey Logan had told him back then:

“I heard that Chloe constantly sleeps around with the beast tamers every single night. If that baby was truly yours, Ethan, she would have said so ages ago.”

It was that exact line that had thoroughly brainwashed him into believing Chloe Vance was a loose, unfaithful woman.

Because of that lie, he had deliberately unleashed rabid crazed beasts to maul and tear at Chloe.

He had even intentionally forced the doctor to rip the baby out of her without a single drop of anesthesia.

Ethan found the reality impossible to digest. Had he really, truly, brutally murdered his own wife and child?

No, he still couldn’t believe it. This had to be a massive conspiracy cooked up by everyone just to get revenge on Chloe’s behalf!

His best friend yelled in pure fury, “I warned you a million times that you would live to regret this!”

“You blind, heartless bastard! For the sake of a worthless piece of trash, you ruthlessly destroyed the one person who truly loved you with all her heart!”

“Back then, Chloe only sent Hailey away because she caught her selling company secrets! If it weren’t for Chloe saving your *ss, you would have been reduced to a f*ckng beggar on the streets years ago!”

“And what did you do in return? You deliberately flaunted your mistress in her face, tolerated that homewrecker torturing her, and personally destroyed her until she was barely human!”

Clutching my autopsy report tightly to his chest, Ethan burst into a fit of hysterical, agonized weeping.

Just by looking at the photographs, anyone could feel how excruciatingly violent my death had been.

My entire corpse had been torn completely apart, mauled beyond all recognition.

Only my hollow, lifeless eyes remained, staring directly into the camera lens.

I had died with my eyes wide open, unable to rest in peace.

Ethan couldn’t take the gruesome sight any longer. He bent over and began to vomit violently.

A sour, putrid stench instantly filled the suffocating air.

“But Hailey told me… she said Chloe stole her rightful place just to marry me and enjoy a life of luxury…” Ethan stammered frantically.

“What… what the f*ck have I done?!”

“She did absolutely nothing wrong, yet I locked her up in a beast colosseum.”

“I only wanted to force her to admit her mistake… I swear I never wanted to kill her!

Overwhelmed by crushing guilt, Ethan dropped heavily to his knees and began to slap his own face violently, alternating left and right.

“It’s my fault! I was wrong! I ruined her! Please, I beg you, just give her back to me, okay?!”

Hailey Logan lunged forward, breaking down into hysterical tears.

“Ethan! You and I are the ones meant to be together! I’m the one you truly love!”

“Don’t you remember? Just to blow off some steam for me, you drove her into the ocean and forced her to swim back to shore all by herself!”

“You intentionally slept with me right in front of her to get revenge for me!”

“And when she was locked up in the arena begging you for mercy, you explicitly told her she got exactly what she f*ckng deserved!”

Ethan’s eyes turned bloodshot with homicidal fury. He delivered a brutal kick straight into Hailey’s chest.

“Shut your f*ckng mouth! It was all because of you, you deceitful b*tch! You intentionally seduced me!”

“Die, you f*ckng b*tch! Just go die!”

Mr. Foster Sr. quickly gestured for his bodyguards to step forward and tear the two apart.

Ethan screamed like a man completely possessed, “Dad: Let me beat her to death! As long as I avenge Chloe, she will definitely find it in her heart to forgive me!”

Mr. Foster Sr. snatched a heavy whip off the wall and lashed it violently across Ethan’s back.

“How the hell did I give birth to such a savage animal?!”

“You personally slaughtered your own wife and child, and yet you still have the audacity to make a f*ckng scene here?!”

“For the sake of a cheap piece of trash like this, you have completely destroyed the future of the Foster family!”

“Do you seriously think the Foster Group managed to become the wealthiest empire in the country because of you?!”

“It was all because the Investment Queen herself was backing the Foster family! Everyone only gave you face because they wanted to stay on her good side!”

With a gesture of disgust, Mr. Foster Sr. ordered the guards to release Ethan.

Hailey quickly scrambled forward to help Ethan up.

But Ethan shoved her away with absolute loathing.

Mr. Foster Sr. let out a long, disappointed sigh and led his bodyguards out of the area.

In the end, Ethan was left sitting there all by himself, staring blankly into space.

As the deep, echoing howls of wild predators began to reverberate from all sides of the colosseum, a sudden thought struck him,

Chloe had always been so incredibly timid… She must have been utterly terrified out of her mind being trapped in a place like this.

Bastard!

She was so terrified of physical pain, yet he had intentionally unleashed vicious beasts to tear her flesh

apart.

No wonder his beloved Chloe didn’t want to talk to him anymore.

Thinking of this, Ethan frantically pulled out his phone and dialed a number.

“Find out everything,” he rasped into the receiver, his voice shaking. “I want to know every single thing Hailey Logan did to Chloe behind my back.”
