Framed as a Rapist by My Own Family Chapter 01

Framed as a Rapist by My Own Family Chapter 01 The Homecoming Proved to Be a Disaster

Ithan Voss, completed my top–secret mission overseas and returned to the Voss residence for our annual Christmas party. On that very day, the fiancée of my parents‘ adopted son, Finn, was found dead in the back of my private SUV.

Her body was covered in bruising welts, and her lower torso was torn and mangled, soaked in fresh.blood.-

The second Finn laid eyes on Chloe’s corpse, blind rage seized him. He charged at me and shattered my crotch with a brutal kick.

My wife, Sarah, the lead forensic pathologist, produced an official autopsy report before the entire family, screaming that I was a depraved monster. She filed for divorce the same night and later wed Finn.

To make it up to Finn, Dad, a commanding officer, filed a formal accusation, claiming I had raped and murdered Chloe. He publicly stripped me of all family status, declaring Finn the sole heir to the Voss fortune and legacy.

Mom, who was a lawyer, also sued me for stealing the achievements that rightfully belonged to Finn. Overnight, Finn was hailed across Calcutt as a hero who guarded the Greythorn border, lauded by

everyone.

I begged my family to listen and screamed my innocence, yet I was handed seven years of hard labor on Maxine Island.

I survived unspeakable torment, clinging to life through every brutal day. When my sentence finally ended, my family arrived to collect me aboard their private helicopter.

Sarah gently wiped dirt off my face, false pity shimmering in her eyes.

She said, “Ethan, it’s all over. From now on, I’ll stay by your side.”

But the second our helicopter touched down on the estate lawn, an angry mob swarmed the landing zone, shouting venomous slurs.

“Ethan Voss, you rapist! You should have gone to hell!”

“You’re nothing better than a beast!”

I could not hear a single word because I had lost my hearing during my confinement on Maxine Island. The guards mutilated my ears to punish me.

Before I could process the chaos, one of Finn’s supporters hurled an entire barrel of sewage straight over my head and shoulders.

He shouted, “Because of you, the party celebrating Chief Finn’s achievements has been delayed!

“You murdered his fiancée, destroyed his entire future, and now how dare you try to steal his remaining family? They should have killed you!”

Their cruelty sent a chill through me.

None of them knew the truth.

Seven years ago, my family injected me with an overwhelming dose of banned drugs, locked me inside the

te’s basement, then savagely lacerated my vocal cords to ensure I could never defend myself.

What they did was to cover up the ugly truth that Finn was the real killer.

I shook the stinking filth from my hair and shoulders, my face void of any emotion as I stepped forward to walk away.

Mom’s voice rang out behind me, sharp and panicked.

She said, “Wait, Ethan!

“Where are you going?”

Sarah’s brows knitted tight with frustration. She rushed to my side and grabbed my wrist hard to hold me back.

She said, “Ethan, stop being childish. Let’s go home.”

I froze, slowly turning to stare straight at her.

A hoarse, ragged rasp tore from my damaged throat.

“Home?

“Do I even have a home left, Sarah? I can’t forget the day you stood inches from my face, called me a vicious pervert, and abandoned me to marry Finn.”

Sarah’s body stiffened completely.

I curled my lips into a bitter smirk, shifting my gaze to Dad and Mom.

“Dad, you are the one who says the Voss bloodline has no room for a monster like me and that Finn is the only worthy heir of everything our family owns.

“Mom, when you handed every single one of my life’s intelligence accolades over to Finn, did you spare a single thought for me?”

Dad pressed his jaw shut tight, refusing to meet my eyes. Mom darted her gaze aside, unable to hold my

stare.

Sarah tightened her grip on my hand and warned me in a low voice, “Watch your words, Ethan!”

I wrenched my arm away from her grip, revulsion churning in my gut.

“Leave me alone! I should have announced to this entire crowd that it’s you that conspired with Finn to murder his fiancée so that you could stay together.”

The words had barely left my mouth before Dad lunged forward, driving his boot hard into my body.

I flew ten feet away, every bone in my body screaming with agony.

Dad’s thunderous roar boomed overhead.

“You b’stard!

ind expected you would learn humility after seven years of reflection, yet the instant you step foot back here you spew vile lies to slander Finn and Sarah. How could we ever produce someone so heartless and cruel like you?”

Mom stormed forward and struck me hard twice across the checks.

She roared, “Sarah only married Finn to atone for your crimes. She has endured endless public mockery because of you!

“You are a convicted rapist and killer, and out of petty jealousy you seek to ruin their reputations. How heartless you are!”

Sarah sighed and said helplessly, “Ethan, I had no choice but to marry Finn.

“Back then, he threatened to take his own life time and again out of grief. I married him solely to prevent another death being added to your list of misdeeds.

“Once he fully heals from his trauma, I will dissolve our union and remarry you. We can return to our old life.”

Nausea rose thick in my throat.

I gathered all my remaining strength and slammed my palm across her cheek with brutal force.

She fell to the ground and stared at me in disbelief.

Once, I had loved her more than anything, willing to bear any pain and any punishment to shield her from

harm.

Now, nothing but frigid contempt lingered in my gaze as I looked down at her.

I said, “You’ve shared his bed for seven long years. The mere sight of you makes my stomach turn. What makes you believe I would ever take you back?”

Dad could not take it anymore. He seized a fistful of my hair and raised his knuckles to strike.

He demanded, “Shut your mouth this instant, Ethan! You’ve lost your mind, spouting nothing but nonsense!”

I endured the burning pull on my scalp, locking eyes with him and screaming, “You have known I never commit a single crime! Finn is the real murderer!

“Yet you threw me into that living hell to suffer for seven years and handed every achievement I earned straight to him!

“You cared endlessly about protecting his promising career. What about my life?”

The second I finished shouting, the man who had dumped sewage over my head charged forward clutching a heavy concrete brick. He swung it full force directly at my disfigured ear.

A violent shockwave rattled my skull, and I clearly heard the sickening crack of my bone splitting apart. All

could see was blood. I collapsed to the ground, my entire body shaking uncontrollably.

hat–man cursed, “Rubbish! If you dare to insult Chief Finn again, I’ll kill you!”

The brick crashed against my skull dozens of times. I almost fainted as warm blood streamed down my face and soaked my collar.

Sarah knelt beside me, cupping my bloodied face in her hands with a show of false mercy.

“Ethan, stop fighting. Once we return to the manor, I will make every effort to make this right between us/ she said.

I shoved her away roughly and spat blood onto the grass at her feet.

“Go away! I want none of your fake pity.”

Dad’s face turned livid with rage. He pointed at my nose and roared, “Ethan Voss, I will give you one final chance. Apologize to Finn and Sarah and beg for their forgiveness.

“If you refuse, you will be cast out of the Voss family for good. I would like to see how you survive alone in this world.”
