My Husband Thinks I’m My Own Mistress Chapter 08

Elara knew way more about clubbing and messing around with guys than I did.

She could spot a inexperienced model instantly, and she judged my taste hard.

Her moves were effortless, and I could only stare in shock.

“I think Kael would definitely like you.”

Guys just needed someone to take control.

I stared at her long, slender fingers in leather gloves and swallowed hard.

“Hm?”

She wrapped a whip around her palm, tilted my chin up with her fingertip, and smiled at me

with sharp, charming eyes.

Her voice was low and smoky.

“Wanna mess around with me tonight, baby sister?”

I stared at her like I was hypnotized, my hand moving to touch her cheek on its own.

Clap. Clap.

Loud, sharp applause cut through the air.

A flood of guards in black suits and sunglasses poured into the VIP room, standing stiff and

silent.

“Looks like I came at a bad time.”

Shiny black leather shoes clicked against the floor.

Kael walked in with a cold smile.

“Arrive a little later, and I would’ve caught the two of you putting on a real show.”

Click.

The VIP room door locked.

I stared at his smiling eyes and chills ran down my spine.

He was amused, but he was furious. His gaze on me was icy, like he was saying-

You’re dead.

I sniffled and whispered, “Brother-in-law~”

Kael’s jaw twitched.

Elara gasped beside me.

She shoved me away hard, her voice high and fake.

“Sister, what are you saying? He came for you! Stop being mad at him and come home!”

I stared at her in disbelief.

“Elara-”

“Sister, you’ll never find someone as good as him! Stop being stubborn and come home!”

She stuffed the toys she’d shown me into her bag and backed against the wall.

“I’ll just leave you two lovebirds alone. Bye, brother-in-law, I-”

Kael glanced at her coldly.

She froze mid-sentence, terrified.

Her back pressed flat to the wall, she swallowed hard and trembled.

“You’re Elara, right?”

Kael smiled. “We’ll settle your little drugging incident later.”

“You can go.”

“Ah! Yes! Okay! Thank you!”

Elara changed her tune instantly, shot me a helpless look, and ran for her life.
