Framed as a Rapist by My Own Family Chapter 04

Framed as a Rapist by My Own Family Chapter 04 An Alliance for Vengeance

Less than twenty minutes later, dozens of black SUVs rolled into view, lined up in perfect uniform formation before me.

Hardened, well–trained guys climbed out from every vehicle.

They quickly gave me emergency treatment.

They cleaned my lacerations with precise, professional movements and carefully splinted my fractured

bones.

It was clear these men had undergone rigorous, elite training.

Their leader bore a thick old scar slicing across his brow.

He lowered his voice and said to me, “Ethan Voss, there is only one term we require in exchange for our help.

“Integrate our team officially into the Greythorn Border Defensive Containment Initiative you’ve been involved in.”

I froze.

He continued, “We’ve long known of your legend. No ordinary person could survive seven years of torment on Maxine Island, enduring everything they put you through.

“None of us believe you murdered Chloe.

Then, a thin, contemptuous smirk tugged at his lips, his tone laced with unmasked disdain as he said, “We’ve spent time observing Finn.

“That man’s frail, delicate frame could never have survived years of brutal frontline duty amid the Greythorn Marches. The decorated border hero persona others have crafted for Finn is nothing but a hollow fabrication.

“Agree to our condition, and we will devote every resource to clearing your name.”

He stretched out a hand toward me, and a trace of tension actually appeared on his face.

I took his hand. A blazing fire of resolve ignited deep in my eyes.

“Now, we’re going to the hospital,” I demanded.

When I stormed into the hospital lobby wrapped head to toe in bandages, my gaze locked onto Sarah instantly.

She walked arm–in–arm with Finn out of the ward, with Dad and Mom beside them.

The four of them chatted warmly, forming a perfect picture of a harmonious family.

Sarah was the first to spot me, and the bright smile froze rigidly on her face.

“Ethan, what brings you here?” she asked.

m’s gaze snapped over, her features hardening at once.

She said, “We only sent you away to reflect on your misdeeds. But you track us down just to compete and pick fights with Finn, don’t you?”

Dad snorted coldly, refusing to spare me even a passing glance.

I had no patience left for their bullshit.

I lifted a hand in a sharp Signal.

Dozens of men behind me surged forward in unison.

Before Finn could process what was happening, they seized him by the arms and dragged him roughly

away.

Sarah’s complexion drained of all color. She darted forward, reaching out to pull them off Finn.

“Who are you? Let him go!”

Mom panicked too and grabbed my arm.

She cried, “Ethan! Tell these violent thugs to stop! Have you completely lost your mind, sending them to harm your brother?”

Dad’s fist came straight at my face.

But this time, one massive hand shot out, clamping tight around his wrist to hold him immobile.

I said calmly, “I came here to make Finn confess his crime and clear my name.”

Dad roared, “Bullshit!

“You have no innocence to reclaim. Everyone knows you committed that murder! You served seven years of punishment for your crimes, yet you still refuse to learn your lesson, huh?”

I sneered and gestured once more. My men hauled the whimpering Finn toward the main entrance.

Meanwhile, I had someone set up a phone and start a livestream.

Thousands of viewers flooded the livestream within seconds.

I crouched down, bringing myself level with Fin as he lay limp on the ground.

“You have two choices. Admit what you’ve done voluntarily, or let me extract the truth from you,” I announced.

Finn’s body shook uncontrollably. He darted a terrified glance at me, then twisted to stare pleadingly at Sarah and my parents.

Drawing a shaky breath, he shouted defiantly for the camera, “I’m innocent! It’s you who killed my fiancée and ruined the happy future that should’ve been mine! Are you even trying to murder me now?”

His shrill outburst instigated an eruption among the viewers.

comment section flooded nonstop with venomous messages all targeting me.

[How dare this monster threaten Chief Finn?]

[A convicted rapist like him deserves lethal injection at once!]

[Look at his disfigured form. Cutting off his ears wasn’t enough. They should have crippled him permanently!]

I listened to the flood of hatred without a single flicker of emotion and raised my palm to slap Finn hard across the cheek.

Then I pressed my boot down onto his face, sneering, “Since you refuse to tell the truth, I will make you spill every secret hidden inside you.”

But Finn suddenly twisted his features into a vicious, triumphant grin.

He lowered his voice so only I could hear.

“You can do nothing to me.

“Dad and Mom destroyed every shred of physical evidence, and Sarah cremated Chloe’s remains long ago. There is nothing left for you to dig up.”

His grin widened, thick with provocation.

Then he continued, “I suggest you give up your plan while you still can. Hurt me, and every citizen across Calcutt will turn their full rage against you.”

I watched him calmly, then slowly curved my own lips into a smile.

“Is that truly the case?” I asked.

Then, I waved a hand toward my entourage.

They let in a woman in white.

She called softly, “Hello, Finn.”

Finn’s entire body froze.

‘His eyes widened with terror, all color draining instantly from his face.

“How can it be you?” he cried.
