Chloe’s eyes reddened the moment she took in the scene. She was on the verge of tears.

“Lucas, how… how could you…”

“Why are you with her?”

Her face turned deathly pale. She looked like a fragile flower about to collapse, completely shattered, furious, and devastated.

I let go of his chest and struggled hard.

Didn’t they all love the female lead? Compete for her, humiliate me to defend her?

Then why was he so cold and indifferent now that she was here?
