To Get Revenge on My Bully I Decided to Seduce Her Fiancé Chapter 10

To Get Revenge on My Bully I Decided to Seduce Her Fiancé Chapter 10

I filed a public, real-name report against the Covington’s for tax evasion, and released all the evidence directly online.

Not just that.

Proof that Ted Covington had ordered a hit on a business rival years ago.

Proof that Sloane’s brother had drugged and sexually assaulted a girl, who died from an overdose.

Old cases. They’d paid off officials and pulled every string to bury the cases, leaving the victims with nowhere to turn for justice.

It blew up online.

Viral Twitter threads and Instagram Reels took over.

The story exploded online, with multiple hashtags blowing up to the top of the trending lists, all tagged red-hot.

Hundreds of thousands of comments demanding justice.

Before official investigations could even get fully underway, the Covington’s business rivals jumped in too, paying armies of trolls to flood social media with even more dirt: bribery, trade secret theft, unfair competition…

With the Sterlings backing them, no one had dared go after the Covington’s.

But now everyone knew the Sterlings had turned against the Covington’s completely.

No one was scared anymore. Everyone piled on.

I posted a long video about what Sloane had done to me in high school.

People were furious.

[This whole family is evil. Every single one of them.]

[Karma’s a bitch. All the horrible things they did are coming back around.]

[I’m so sorry you went through that. I was bullied too, and my bully got what was coming. I hope you can heal too.]

Overnight, the Covington’s became pariahs.

Ted, his wife, and their son were all summoned for questioning and taken into custody.

Only Sloane got away.

The Covington’s had moved assets overseas years ago.

She planned to flee the country and keep living her lavish, decadent life as a spoiled rich girl.

But the cops caught up to her on the way to the airport.

She panicked, hit the gas, and slammed straight into a bridge pillar, knocking herself out cold on impact.

She survived the hospital stay.

But her spine was shattered—a high cervical injury that left her quadriplegic.

She’d never move anything below her neck again.

When I saw Sloane next, she was alone in a tiny rental room.

She couldn’t pay her hospital bills, so they’d kicked her out.

A distant relative had rented the room for her, dropped her off, and never came back.

Medicaid wouldn’t cover half of what she needed.

I ducked into the damp basement apartment.

It had rained a few days before. Black mold crept across the ceiling, and water dripped down onto the floor.

A rat, startled by my footsteps, darted across the floor with its long tail trailing, vanishing into the dark, reeking drain.

Sloane lay on the bare mattress.

When she saw me, her face twisted with rage.

She tried to move, but couldn’t.

A foul smell came from the bed.

I narrowed my eyes. She was caked in filth, her body festering with bedsores caked in excrement, rotting where she lay.

At first, I’d been almost disappointed she didn’t die.

Now? I wasn’t disappointed at all.

This was better.

I stood there for a moment, drinking in the sight of her misery.

This is what she deserved. To live like this. In pain. In despair.

Paying for every terrible thing she’d done.

Sloane was tougher than I thought. Even like this, she hadn’t lost her mind.

She glared at me with pure hatred.

I’d never seen anyone look that furious.

I swear if she could’ve moved, she’d have torn my throat out with her teeth.

“Sloane. Do you regret it?”

I looked down at her.

“Regret?”

She smiled, a twisted, mocking smile, and stared right at me.

“I only regret one thing. I should’ve killed you when I had the chance.”

“Elena, you’re nothing but bottom-feeder trash. Born worthless, born to suffer. Your shitty life isn’t my fault. Why would I regret any of it?!”

“Right.” I smiled, leaning in closer.

“Looks like your life’s pretty shitty too then.”

“Oh, and don’t worry. I’ll take good care of your man. We’re gonna be so happy together. You can watch from here.

Sloane went silent for a second.

Then she started screaming. A raw, animal sound.

Her voice went hoarse fast.

She gasped for air, the sound like nails on a chalkboard.

“Elena, you’ll burn for this!”

“You bitch! You’re the one who deserves to die! Elena!”

I turned and walked out.

After all this time, Sloane still didn’t think she’d done anything wrong.

That’s fine. I don’t need her to be sorry.

I’m never going to forgive her.

Is there a god?

I don’t know.

But I know if the gods won’t punish her for her sins…

I’ll do it myself.

I lifted my hand.

Sunlight filtered through my fingers, falling on my face.

Shutting out the dark, damp rot behind me.

The endless rain of my seventeenth year… it was finally over.

The sun had come out for good.
