They Stole My Seven Years Chapter 01

They Stole My Seven Years Chapter 01

In the 7th year after someone else took over my body, I finally came back to myself.

But The System mistook me for a new Host and told me to complete the target mission for my first love, the boy I had loved when I was 18.

That was when I learned my first love was the villain of this world.

But the first time I saw him again, he almost choked me to death.

As I curled on the floor, coughing so hard I could barely breathe, a few lines of spectator feed appeared in front of my eyes.

“Tsk. Even dragging the villain’s first love back might not be enough to clear this mission.”

“This Host doesn’t even have a protection item. Is she going to crash and burn on day 1?”

When The System’s voice rang in my head, I thought I was dreaming.

The next second, it clicked its tongue and shocked me.

I snapped awake and sat up in bed, staring blankly around the unfamiliar room.

The System said, “Host, please win over villain Adrian Blackwell. After the mission is complete, The System will reward you with 1 promise.”

I heard the familiar name and asked hesitantly, “Adrian Blackwell?”

“Adrian is the villain?”

“Yes. Adrian Blackwell is the legal husband of this body.”

“Host, marriage gives you access. Don’t waste the opportunity.”

Then it cut off completely.

I was even more confused.

Wasn’t Adrian my first love?

Later, I had gone to London for school, so I had broken up with him cleanly.

Why would I be married to him?

And what mission?

What villain?

Hadn’t I just been too tired from working on my thesis and fallen asleep at my desk?

I forced myself to calm down and prepared to find Adrian.

But the Adrian now was clearly no longer the Adrian in my memory.

The moment I saw him from a distance, several Blackwell security guards pinned me down, shoved me into a car, and sent me back to the Blackwell estate.

At that moment, the grief and fury of suddenly landing 7 years in the future surged up at once.

I lost control, grabbed a bag, and went to a private lounge in Manhattan.

The second the drink was poured into my glass, the music that had been roaring through the lounge stopped.

A group of tall Blackwell security guards walked toward me with trained precision.

Before I could react, a familiar figure crashed into my sight.

In that instant, my heart dropped hard.

The ache rushed almost all the way to my eyes.

But the next second, a strong hand clamped around my throat with brutal force.

My breath cut off, and I slapped Adrian’s hand in pain.

The way Adrian looked at me was like he was looking at a dead woman.

“Didn’t I tell you not to test my patience?”

I stared at him, dazed and in pain.

His gaze lost focus for the briefest moment.

The next second, the coldness settled back in.

He released me slowly and gave a low sigh.

“So there’s another one.”

I clutched my throat and curled on the floor, coughing in pain.

A scrolling spectator feed suddenly appeared in front of me.

“The villain lost control again. He’s not far from burning the whole world down.”

“It’s been 7 years. Selena Hart’s body has practically been run into the ground by Hosts.”

“What number is this one? Dozens? Hundreds?”

“I’m betting this Host lasts a month at most. The last one quit after 2 weeks.”

I stared blankly at the spectator feed, my mind going empty.

So for these 7 years, someone really had used my body to marry Adrian.

There had even been so many outside Hosts occupying my body that no one could count them anymore.

And their goal had all been to win over the so-called villain, Adrian Blackwell.
