Dr. Miller burst into tears.

“Sir, please, don’t kill me… You were the one who said it.”

“You said that as long as we found a compatible donor with a signed consent form, we could harvest directly, no matter what happened to the donor…”

Kieran slapped him across the face.

“That didn’t mean you could touch her! She was my wife!”

“But you said… Please, spare me. I have a family…”

Dr. Miller practically crawled forward, his body shaking so badly he could barely speak.

Kieran kicked him away.

“You killed my wife and my child, and you want me to let you go?”

“But even without the surgery, she wouldn’t have survived!”
