Reborn as the Romance Heroine, I Only Aim for First Place Chapter 15

I heard Evan’s mother fainted the moment she heard what happened.

After she woke up, she rushed to the school and slapped Chelsea twice without saying a word. Crying, she grabbed Chelsea by the hair and screamed, “You little bitch! You ruined my son! You bitch!”

At that point, what Evan himself wanted no longer mattered.

His parents went straight to the police.

My mother cried and begged me not to give the security footage to the police, but my father dragged her away.

With my footage, the facts were clear. Chelsea had used someone else’s account without permission and tampered with his college enrollment response.

I went to watch the court hearing.

Evan had lost a lot of weight. His clothes hung loosely on him.

The bright confidence he had once carried as a golden boy had completely vanished from his face.

In its place was the dazed numbness of someone who had suffered a devastating blow.

Chelsea cried and tried to argue from the defendant’s table, but this time, no one was willing to listen to her.

When she noticed me, she desperately tried to rush toward me.

“It was you! You set me up on purpose! Why don’t you just die, Tessa?”

Go die!”

The bailiff dragged her back immediately.

The judge frowned.

“Order.”

…

Chelsea was sentenced to one year in county jail.

The sentence was not that long.

But she had a criminal record now.

She could not even start community college that year.

Her life was ruined.
