My Husband’s Parking Trick Exposed His Affair Chapter 04

“Lorette, what do you want to do?” My father asked seriously.

I paused, then said firmly, “I want to catch them in the act.”

My mother immediately leaned in, “How?”

I didn’t answer right away. I looked down and opened an app I had never used before.

It was a location-tracking app.

Andrew had installed it on his phone to reassure me, saying I could check his location anytime.

I had refused at first because I trusted him. I believed love didn’t need such things.

But he insisted, saying it was for safety, so I could find him if something ever happened.

All these years, I’d been glad I never opened it. I never imagined I would use it to catch him cheating.

I took a deep breath and opened the app.

After a few seconds of loading, a map appeared. A small green dot was moving slowly on the screen.

My father stared at it in surprise. “Is that Andrew’s real-time location?”

I nodded, saying nothing.

My mother could barely contain herself. “Let’s go now. I want to see which woman has bewitched him enough to make him cheat.”

My father said nothing, grabbed the car keys, and headed out. My mother and I followed closely and got into his car.

During the drive, my mother ranted nonstop.

“I really thought Andrew truly loved you. To think he could cook for you and bring another woman home at the same time.”

“In over fifty years, I’ve never seen anything so disgusting! If he didn’t love you anymore, he could have asked for a divorce. I’d be angry, but at least I’d respect him. But no, he just treated you like a fool! If I catch them today, I’ll tear them both to pieces!”

My mother was so angry her eyes turned red.

She had opposed our relationship at first. She thought Andrew’s family was too ordinary for me. It was only after he knelt at our door for three days and nights, bleeding from his forehead, that she finally agreed.

My father drove silently, his jaw tight. In the rearview mirror, I saw his deeply furrowed brow.

About twenty minutes later, Andrew’s location suddenly stopped moving.

I immediately told my father to hurry. We parked near his location.

When we arrived, I saw Andrew’s car parked right in front of a house. I got out quickly and rushed straight toward it.

I didn’t notice that back in the car, my parents’ faces paled dramatically at the sight of the house.

As I walked forward, my father blocked me.

“Lorette, are you sure Andrew brought the woman here?”

His strange expression made me uneasy. “What’s wrong, Dad? Do you know this place?”

My father opened his mouth but said nothing.

My mother came up too. She glanced at the house, swallowed nervously, and said gravely, “Lorette, let’s go back. Don’t investigate anymore.”

I stared at her in disbelief.

“Why? You were the one who wanted to get to the truth! You said we had to catch them red-handed! Now they’re inside, and you want me to stop?”

My mother didn’t answer. She grabbed my arm, begging tearfully, “Lorette, please, let’s go home. Let this end here, okay?”

My father also stepped forward, serious.

“Lorette, listen to your mother. Let’s go back. We’re doing this for your own good.”

I was completely confused.

I couldn’t understand why my parents, who had been so eager to defend me moments ago, had completely changed their minds at the sight of this house.

Was the villa itself strange? Or was the person inside terrifying?

Bursting with curiosity, I ignored their protests, rushed to the house door, and knocked loudly.

The door opened quickly.

In that instant, I saw Andrew standing inside with a woman behind him.

The moment I saw her face, my eyes widened sharply.

And suddenly, I understood everything.
